Joining the team is about building relationships and spending time soaking in the DNA of how we live out our mission. We know that it will be through the love of Christ that people are truly changed. There is a few things you must complete before your first day on the job! You will need to know the ministry program that you are working in to be sure you are completing the right steps.

Preschool
DAT Right Choice Testing - Finger Printing
This cost is paid for by new staff and after 6 months of employment, reimbursement in full is given.
Required Testing at 3205 S. 3rd Pl, Terre Haute, IN 47802. We recommend that this be completed on a Tuesday.
Federal Background Check (30 minutes) - $37

Drug Screening (5 minutes) - $43
While you are in DAT Right Choice you can also take a Drug Screening- No prior appt required. You can do at your family doctor but either way please have results emailed to Amanda Pendleton- apendleton@mccth.org.
Physical Evaluation - $25
Must be scheduled if you do at DAT Right Choice and plan on going a day they are also doing TB Screening. This can also be done with your family doctor but must be on form.
TB - $35
Only offered on Specific Days. Call to schedule. You will need to return for TB reading 2 days later.
Can also be done with family doctor & documentation given to Preschool Director.

I-Lead Training
CCDF forms needed for Employees with biological children on site.
Employees must complete this form with the Director when compiling CCDF-required forms. You are not allowed to work in the same site as your child.
CPR
Only if the applicant did not take the CPR training through Terre haute CPR.
Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED - $45

*if you acquired CPR training more than 1 year ago from an outside source give a copy to your Director, and please complete the additional Universal Precautions Training on ILEAD within 30 days. It should be re-taken every other subsequent year.
After you read through the Staff Handbook the Contract must be signed and returned to the Director before your first shift.
